Ready for big drops
Thanks to our external bottle bosses that use a male thread sitting outside the seat tube, there’s heaps of room for long dropper posts to be inserted into the frame without sacrificing a bottle cage.

Real Proportional
GEOmetry
The same ride on every size.
Actual seat tube angles and chain stay lengths are often designed to be identical across a range of sizes as it’s an easier way to make frames.
Our frames account for bent seat tubes and are designed around real rider saddle heights making frame fit a priority.
Effective seat tube angles will be the same whether you are 5’1” or 6’6” and the chain stay length is matched to frame size to keep geometry balanced.

bUSINESS IN THE FRONT, PARTY IN THE BACK
Run as a 29er, 650B+ or as a mullet for a rowdy ride.
The ZAPR’s design lends itself to running a mullet setup without upsetting geometry or buzzing fat tyres on stays.
When set up as a mullet, head tube and seat tubes angles will be around 1 degree slacker and the BB will sit around 8mm lower than when running 29” front and rear.

Where to start?
A good place to start to find the perfect fit for our frames is our size guide below. We’ve split our models across 5 sizes which means a Medium in one brand may not be a Medium in ours. We’d recommend considering the notes below the chart too when picking your fit.
Compare your current bike
If you have a frame that you feel comfortable on you can measure the effective top tube length and compare it to our geometry chart. Although not an exact science, it will let you judge how the cockpits might compare. Account for stem length if that will change between bikes.
Personal Preference
A larger frame is more stable and more predictable at speed, however, the longer wheelbase will mean it will require more movement from the rider to shift the weight balance of the bike and you’ll have work a bit harder to throw it around.
A smaller frame will turn quicker, moving the bike around will be easier and the bike will be more responsive to inputs from the rider or trail.
Think about how and where you ride - bombing through a steep rock garden vs hopping logs on some twisty single track.
Your body dimensions
We are all built differently. If you have a long torso and shorter legs compared to others the same height and you are between sizes you may want to size up. If you are all legs this could push you onto a smaller frame.
