We aim to deliver frames within 6-8 weeks.
If it’s possible to deliver earlier than that, or if there are any unforeseen hold ups, we will be in touch with updates after you have placed an order.
-
All prices on the website are inclusive of UK VAT.
For sales outside of the UK you will pay your local rate of VAT, along with any import duty, to the courier when your frame is delivered.
-
All of our frames have been carefully designed and prototyped so we can be sure that our frames ride as they should. We don’t currently offer custom geometry as a standard option but please contact us if you have specific requirements.
-
There are some options on each product page where you can choose to add extra bosses on the top tube, remove cable guides for wireless builds or add Di2 routing. If it’s not shown as an optional extra, unfortunately we can’t offer it.
-
We have a choice of paint and anodising options available for each frame model but don’t offer any customisation.
-
Yes, please contact us for pricing and confirmation of workshop availability before shipping anything to us or talk to an authorised dealer. Frames will need to be stripped of parts before being posted to us. Frames can be refinished to match the original finish or you can choose from another of our standard finishes available for the frame model.

-
Yes! We offer discounted crash replacement frames to original owners. Please contact us to make a crash replacement claim.
-
Our frames have plenty of room for dropper posts. Each product page has maximum seat post insertion listed on the geometry charts. This dimension along with the seat tube length and your saddle height should let you calculate what droppers will work.
-
Please check out the size charts on the product page for each frame for a guide based on rider height. You can also refer to the top tube length on the geometry chart to give you an idea of cockpit length compared to your current bike.
-
Our flat bar hardtails can be run as mullets if you want something lower and slacker. It will make head tube and seat tube angles about 1 degree slacker and the bottom height will drop by around 8mm.
-
Please stick with the recommended fork lengths/travel for the best ride. Using forks longer or shorter than recommended will change the geometry of the frame and void the warranty.
-
Your frame number is stamped onto the underside of the bottom bracket shell and should be easily visible if you flip your bike upside down.
-
Yes but you need to give us a heads up before you swing by. We are a small team and will need to arrange for someone to meet you.
-
Unfortunately we can’t offer any sponsorship and we don't currently run our own race team, however, if you have an idea or collaboration in mind that you think we may be interested in please drop us a line.

All of our steel frames get an e-coat before we paint them. This anti-corrosion coating covers the tubing inside and out and will dramatically reduce the effect of rust for years.
We still recommend removing your bottom bracket and seat post each year to check nothing has seized up and that there is no excess moisture in the tubes. If your frame has been completely submerged in water please ensure there is no trapped water left in the frame before storing.
Using an internal frame protection spray and ensuring bare steel surfaces such as bottom bracket shell faces and the inside of the seat tube are greased.

Steel
Our main tubing supplier for steel is Columbus. This Italian tubing manufacturer has been around since 1919 and consistently produces the highest quality bicycle tubing we have come across in over a decade of building bikes. We use a blend of Zona and Spirit tubing from their catalogue tailored to each frame design.
We also use aerospace grade 4130 and T45 steel tubing on some parts that are formed in house.
Titanium
We use aerospace grade 3AL 2.4V (grade 9) tubing and 6AL 4V (grade 5) for machined parts on all our Ti frames.

Yes. It’s a great way to keep the frame finish looking fresh but there are a few things to keep in mind.
On painted frames we recommend waiting at least 10 days from receipt of your frame before applying any protection films or wrapping up chainstays. This is to allow time for paint to fully cure and prevent damage during removal or delamination due to trapped solvents.
When removing film or tape from painted or anodised surfaces it’s best to use a hair dryer to soften the adhesive and pull the film along the frame rather than directly away from it.
Please see our warranty page for details on what’s covered with regards to frame finishes.
-
We don’t yet but you may be able to access the cycle to work scheme by buying through an authorised dealer.
-
Not yet but we are working on it!
-
We can offer trade pricing to our authorised dealers. We are on the lookout for a handful of bike shops around the UK and Europe that we could partner with for distribution of our frames. If you think you may be a good fit, please get in touch.
-
We don’t have a demo fleet but will occasionally have frames built up that can be made available for a test ride or for you to check them out in person at our Edinburgh workshop. Please let us know if you’d like to plan a visit or have questions about geometry or sizing.
-
We don’t make women specific frames. Folk come in all shapes and sizes and a good fit is nearly always possible with changes to stems, saddles, bars along with choosing a frame size that suits your posture and riding style.

An E-coat, also known as cataphoresis treatment or cataphoretic coating, is an advanced method of anti-corrosive surface treatment used on steel parts. During this process frames are dipped in a series of tanks to degrease, neutralise rust and etch the surface before being submerged in a final tank where paint is applied inside and out through cataphoresis - a process of electrodeposition where the frame is immersed in a bath of paint particles with the opposite charge. A DC charge is applied, drawing the particles to the metal and forming a coating.
The pretreatment phase consists of 7 different steps to prepare the material to best receive the subsequent cataphoresis treatment:
Hot degreasing with alkaline products in water solution (pre-degreasing)
Hot degreasing with alkaline products in water solution
Washing with demineralised water and an activator
Phosphating with zinc-manganese-nickel salts (tricationic/trimetallic)
Washing with demineralised recycled water and passivating agent
Washing with demineralised water
Washing with demineralised water and drip drying
The frames then go through the cataphoresis treatment before being washed and baked to cure the paint at around 200 degrees C.
