All rights associated with the “METHOD” Frameworks brand and its graphics and logos are property of Five Land Bikes LTD and reproduction or misuse of this trademark is prohibited unless we have supplied you with permission in writing.

All copyright rights in photographs, text and graphics produced by or for Method Frameworks are owned by Method Frameworks. You are prohibited from distributing, modifying or repurposing any of the content on www.methodframeworks.co.uk without written permission.

Descriptions

We do our best to ensure that all information on our website is as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that descriptions and images are completely error free or up to date. We try our best to ensure colours presented are as representative as possible but the colours viewed will vary across different monitors, tablets and phones.

Purchasing

Payments are made via Stripe on our website. We accept Apple pay along with most credit/debit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. This will start the process of your frame being made for you.

Other payment methods such as Pay Pal, bank transfer, cash or cheque can also be accepted on request - please contact us.

Any additional costs from accessories or additions will be invoiced and are to be settled via direct bank transfer or Pay Pal before shipping.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately so we can refund you.

Cancellation of some customised products where production has already begun will require us to retain a portion of the deposit to cover materials.

Returns and refunds

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase and you can return a product you have purchased and are not satisfied with for a full refund. Just notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and get it back to us within 14 days on notification. Shipping costs and insurance are at your expense where the product is not faulty.

Products must be returned to us in a new and unused condition with the packaging in good condition.

If the product is faulty please contact us with details and we will do our very best to make it right with a repair or replacement. In the event of a faulty product we will ship the frame back at our expense.

We cannot offer a full refund for customised products - for example when additional bosses or cable routing has been added to a frame. In this case we will offer a partial refund.

Shipping and lead times

When you order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms the process of your frame being manufactured. You will receive another email from us when your build has been scheduled and a more accurate lead time estimate can be given.

Up to date lead time estimates are available on each product page to view during the ordering process.

Shipping rates within the UK are are charged at a flat rate of £45.

If you would like to purchase a frame and are based outside of the UK, please contact us.
